Cancellation Policy

·       Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our products and services, custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund depending on the stage of production.

·       Standard Orders: If you wish to cancel a standard order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request and provide a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Refund Policy

·       Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

·       Change of Mind: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a refund within 5 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.


        Refunds Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
